The graphs below show the number of Tenant or Owner petitions by their current status. There are four status for petitions: 1) Submitted- these are petitions than have not received had had a case opened yet, 2) In process- these are petitions that have an open case and are awaiting a hearing or final decision, 3) In Appeals Process- these are cases which have received an initial case decision but are currently in the appeals process, and 4) Completed- these are cases which have received a final decision. 

The graph below shows the number of Owner petitions by the reason for the petition. Cases are separated by the justification for rent increases. Please note that at this time property owner petitions do not include petitions for a certificate of exemption.
