What happens if I do not pay my invoice on time?
Your invoice will be turned over to Collections and more fees will be attached to the invoice.
Can I mail in a starter check for my invoice?
Starter checks are not accepted for payment.
Can I make a partial payment?
You can make a partial payment except for Alcohol and Beverage License invoices.
What is the due date?
City Invoice: The due dates are 30 days from the invoice date.
Collections Invoice: The account is in collections. The payment is due now.
- Parking payment plan due dates are the 15th or 25th of each month. Check your contract for the payment date.
Who can I contact regarding questions to my invoice(s)?
Please contact the person and phone number noted on your invoice.
